atec was established in 1978 by staff members of the German Aerospace Industry as an enterprise for aircraft-technology and air transportation service.
Since 1982 atec has been situated at the airport of Kiel.
The company is professionally engaged in the following business activities:
- Comprehensive technical support of aircraft and their operators in the supply of exchange parts, documentation, up-grading and modernizing, operating as the Technical Representative Europe of RAM Aircraft, Ltd. Partnership, USA.

Flight-Services
atec is engaged in business flights since 1978.
Handling their flights from their own departure and arrival facilities at the local airport, atec provides a very comfortable way for direct individual flights for travellers to more than 2,000 airports in Europe.
According to aircraft availibility, numbers of passengers and character of the destination airport, atec selects the most suitable aircraft of their partners.
Sales
atec supplies aircraft engines, exchange parts, documentation and conversion kits to operators and aircraft workshops in all European countries, Near East, Africa and on the Caribbean Islands.
In the sales of aircraft atec acts as a mediator between selling and buying parties and advises in weighting the configuration and technical condition of the airplane..
For performing the sales of aircraft parts and providing technical advice, atec structured their management conform to the requirements of EN 9120 and is certified accordingly.
Acting as RAM Direct European Sales Center, atec provides their customers direct access to the performances and products of RAM Aircraft L.P. without implying any additional cost.
Technical Services
atec achieved its ‘know-how’ in providing competent technical support initially through its servicing of its own commercially operated aircraft, as well as through its support of RAM Aircraft, Limited Partnership in Waco, Texas, in RAM’s sales of parts and upgrade kits in Europe.
During a period of more that thirty years, atec developed its qualified competence of technical aircraft support, including a close monitoring of the technical status of the customer’s aircraft, as well as taking care of required approvals of RAM’s FAA -granted STCs by the different European airworthiness authorities.
atec’s data bank of European General Aviation aircraft, operators and FBOs with potential requirements for future support services is continuously getting updated.
atec is able to provide a high quality support in the supply of exchange parts and of kits for upgrades and service-bulletin requested conversions to owners, operators and FBOs of aircraft like:
